With nearly 3,500 files uploaded in three categories (buildings, archaeological sites/monuments, and ships), Sweden is well represented in this year’s Wiki Loves Monuments photo contest. Not only have Swedenâs ten finalists been announced for the international competition, the top three have been chosen and can be seen here. From gorgeous coastlines to bacteria labs to celebrating the countryâs storied nautical roots, Swedenâs four-member jury had their work cut out for them in selecting this yearâs images, but they did a splendid job.
