Thanks for your comments Praveemp.

Input method support has been our latest addition to the Universal Language Selector and many adjustments are still being done to serve well all users from different languages and situations.

You can volunteer for participating in our tests at http://goo.gl/E5dvO
That will help us to understand the specific issues you found when setting input methods and webfont support in your context.

Regarding jquery.ime, it is a JavaScript library we developed to support input method mappings. It has been developed as a separate component from MediaWiki so that other websites can make use of it.

Webfonts and Narayam were ugly (while appearing side by side), but they were simple and useful. IMHO, ULS is horrible and complex. Finding and setting input method is difficult (I survived this, just because I knew the keyboard shortcut). Also, its selection menu is a display disaster (it simply overlap the hr under title of the article, if using in search box, also consider that - most wikies use various other templates near that area). Other than serving all fonts from server, you have to handpick languages which need such support. Today most languages mentioning in ULS doesn't need any such requirement. I think repositioning Webfonts and Narayam link (may be to a mouse hover div under My Preference link) were the ideal solution for their display ugliness. I can understand what is Narayam and ULS' input method, yet I am not sure about what this is for?: https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery.ime.
