We are integrating AFT gradually into Wikipedia’s other core features, so the watchlist will not be supported initially, sadly. :(

For this release, we are working on adding feedback posts to My Contributions as a first change to core features. Once that feature is up and running, it will be easier for us to add feedback to the watchlist, as you wisely recommend. Thanks again for this great idea!
