@Nemo: How are you getting the SVN number? Might the difference be extension-related (or non-WMF-deployed-extension-related)? A 50% drop seems unlikely among active contributors.

The number of committers seems to be constantly half of what it used to be before git conversion; will we ever recover?

Can someone redo the mediawiki.org roadmap into an actual roadmap of the targets over the next year or two? What we have at the moment is more like the satnav info on the next turn.

Maybe someone needs to be thinking about Mediawiki 2.0. What will be in it?
* visual editor?
* Lua scripting?
* wikidata integration?
* liquid threads?
* mobile?
* What else?

Any chance of a keynote launching this at wikimania? ~~~~
