The &#039;chasm&#039; suggests editors are less satisfied at 10 and then get more satisfied but I suspect it is more likely a survivor effect - dissatisfied editors quit and the remainder are then, on average, more satisfied. 

This might explain most of the apparent improvement in satisfaction with edit count. Satisfied editors make more edits. Tell us about editors (like me) who hang around for years but whose edit count grows slowly. How satisfied are they?]]></description>
