		<description><![CDATA[Those data is perfectly normal and was to be expected. It is unreasonable to be surprised that experienced editors slow down after a few years. But people change, their lives change. Those who became wikipedians while at college shift priorities to career and family after graduation. 

We should see wikipedians as passing guests. And we should be comfortable with that. The basic idea of wikipedia always was that people add their knowledge. Once they did that, we need new people with new knowledge ...]]></description>
