The plan is to make this available in Pakistan on Telenor’s Network. We’re not sure of the delivery mechanism yet (WAP, USSD/SMS, a combinations of, etc.) b/c we’ll need to do a lot of testing there but Wikipedia for free will be available!

Wikipedia is simply gr8 idea by making wiki free on Telnor you actually even encourage mobile internet usage.
